We are Team 1902, 4-H Exploding Bacon Robotics, a member of the FIRST Robotics Competition. (for more information regarding the FIRST program, click here) Our team is composed of high school and middle school students from 11 different schools along with home schoolers in the central Florida area. We are proud to have mentors from the University of Central Florida (Go KNIGHTS!) and professionals from a wide variety of businesses ranging from defense contractors to video games. We have competed in FIRST for three years thus far, and have achieved international recognition.

I am pleased to unveil the newest incarnation of the Team1902 Website! This one has been a while in the making, and I hope the quality shows. A number of all-nighters came together into this update which focuses, not only on the aesthetics, but more importantly on the content. Highlights of this include our "Sponsor Spotlight", a monthly focus on one of our major sponsors; our "Alumni Spotlight" also a focus on our many alumni and their accomplishments; and finally, the "Mentor of the Year" a yearly recognition of one of our mentors who embodies our vision and spirit.
